texting_while_drivingNow that we have talked about some of the risks of driving while texting or talking, let’s talk about how doing both of those things can affect your driving.  For one, you are not concentrating on your driving when you are texting.  Even if you are an avid texter that does not mean that you are a master at it while driving.

Driving is something that takes a lot of focus and attention and no matter how concentrated you are on driving; you need to be aware of the road and other drivers – constantly.  When you are splitting your attention between your cell phone as well as driving, your focus is not going to be as sharp.

That is why you should never text while you are driving, you are definitely more likely to get into an accident if you do.
